How long do I have to finish the race?
You have 60 minutes to complete the 5K.
May I register in person? by mail?
Registraiton is available online only for this event. If you have any questions please e-mail info@rfevents.com.
Is the course stroller friendly?
Yes, but we please ask that you start towards the rear and be respectful to other participants on path.
Is the course pet friendly?
As fond as we are of the K-9 breed, we encourage you to leave your pets at home for the comfort and safety of other runners.
I was injured after registering for the race. Can I get a refund or defer until next year?
No – there will be NO refunds or deferments. We incur fixed costs for each runner based on registration numbers. As a result, we are not able to allow any refunds.
Can I transfer my registration to a friend?
Before the event is soldout you may transfer your registration to a friend for a transfer fee. Contact info@rfevents.com to make that change. No transfers once the race is soldout.
Is there an age requirement for the races?
There is no documented age requirement. However, all minors must submit a registration signed by their parent AND a parent/guardian MUST be present on race day. Only particiapnts who are 21 and older will be allowed in the beer garden.
What is included with my entry fee?
Your race entry fee includes post-race beer party, an event t-shirt, finisher’s medal, finisher’s pint glass, award eligibility, post-race refreshments and final chip timed race results.
Can I wear headphones on the course?
We discourage the use of headphones, but it is permitted.
Will the event go on rain or shine?
The event will go on rain or shine with only the possibility of delay in the event of lightning.
Are there bathrooms available on the course?
There are porta johns at the start/finish. There are also public restrooms on the Riverwalk .
Can I register on race day?
There will be not be late registration for this event. Sign up before it sells out!
I don’t remember if I registered. How can I check and find out?
If you registered online you can log into your webconnex account and select “Registrations” to see your completed registration. If you registered by mail or in person you will receive a confirmation email once your registration was received and submitted.
Can someone pick my packet up for me?
We strongly encourage all runners to pick up their own race packet. It is important for runners to verify their data and make any necessary changes. However, if it is not possible for you to pick up your own packet, you may have someone pick it up for you. That person will be responsible for verifying personal race information (name, age, birthdate, etc.).
